We have had some Vista users report that the last update for them caused Legacy (and other programs) to appear “fuzzy.” After searching the Microsoft Knowledge Base we found that it was a known issue with that particular update and that Microsoft was working on a solution. The users uninstalled the update and things went back to normal for them.
