Susie Z, I called and they told me the offer for existing subscribers expired 9/10 or 9/11. She checked and said the deal for existing MyHeritage had expired. So I told her to cancel my subscription and refund the remaining balance - which she did. Then I subscribed at the reduced rate from Geoff's email. Rick
