I agree, they don't seem to very accommodating. Most retailers will
offer a "rain check" if they're out of stock on a sale item. I did check
my nearest Staples retailer and they had none in stock. I also tried to
order the HP Jornada 548, but it's out of stock too. The other two
PocketPC's on sale only have 16 mb of RAM - likely too little for my
files. No joy at Staples...
