Dee, You should be able to re-use the same code to unlock the Deluxe features. Rob

Thank you for the info. Since I have Deluxe, will I need an unlock code? If so, can I reuse the one I used originally? It is a long number. Dee

Error 20002, Lead Error, Invalid Bitmap handle
Please go to our website at http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/helpJetServPk.asp and follow the steps there.
In step 3, where it says to update Legacy, rather than just updating, do a
complete uninstall and reinstall
1. Move your files in Legacy\Data, Legacy\Pictures and Legacy\Web out of
those folders either onto a removable media (CD, floppy or ZIP disk) or to
another folder outside of Legacy. I have a folder named "Legacy Saved" just
for this sort of thing.
2. Uninstall Legacy through the Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
3. Go to the Legacy folder on your hard drive and delete the folder. Empty
the recycle bin.
4. Restart your computer.
5. Reinstall Legacy and move the files you set aside back into the
appropriate folders. Make sure when you do the install that you have *all*
Windows programs closed, especially anti-virus or crash-guard type programs
and any firewalls. They all have been known to cause problems with the
download and/or install.
Thanks for using Legacy.
