The RIN # is the same. Example: lady married husband #1 has daughter. 
husband #1 dies, she married husband #2 has 2 sons. In Family View for lady 
& husband #2 you see the 2 sons & daughter as full children plus you see 
daughter as 1/2. Now flip to husband #1. You see daughter as full child and 
2 sons & daughter as 1/2.
