The rule I use is: Apply this rule after the message arrives Where the Subject line contains 'LegacyUG' Move it to the Legacy folder and Myrna says: Yes, I do the same thing with OE message rules. It is so much easier to read the messages this way and not have all of the extraneous text on the messages. If you are not interested in the subject it can be deleted without ever opening the message and it does not clutter up the inbox.
