Hi John,

If the correspondence is relevant to my genealogy, I list it as a Source
with name and date under either "e-mail", "letter", "interview" or
"questionnaire" depending on the nature of the correspondence. I then also
place the specific  information in Notes (usually deleting specifics like
e-mail address so as to protect the source's identity).
