I've reported this a couple of times for the Publication center. I've also
seen testers in the international groups report this problem. It's ok on my
computer if I choose English UK as a region in windows, but any other region
apart from one of the English regions gives blank pages in a pdf-report if I
continue working on a saved book. It's ok if you start a new book. If I save
a book and load it again than I get blank pages.

Onderwerp: [LegacyUG] [V6] Empty PDF Files

I am not able to Create PDF report files. The process I am doing is:

1) set report options,
2) click Preview button,
3) click Create PDF button when report is completely generated.

The process runs normally and presents the information window saying (I
paraphrase) "PDF has been created, do I want to view it". Answer is yes,
Adobe Reader opens but report is empty. It is obvious that something was
placed in the file by Legacy as the page count presented by Adobe Reader is
correct per the previewed report. The size of the report doesn't appear to
make any difference. I am experiencing an equal lack of success with 1 page
Family sheets or a 38 page Multi-Descendant book.

I am running Legacy ver. 6.0.0.66, build date 26 Sep 2005 Deluxe Edition.
My OS is Windows XP SP2.
Adobe Reader 7.0.

As far as I can recall, this is the first I have tried to create PDF since
installing Ver. 6. It was working in Ver. 5. Other products I own will
successfully create PDF files.

I have tried various solutions as presented on the Legacy Support pages to
no avail.

Are others having a problem like this? Does anyone have some
(polite...lol) suggestions for me?

Thanx, Don
