Hi all. Be sure you always have a current backup. My thumb drive died with all my info on it. (I was transferring files, and thankfully left a copy on the computer that I could access, but this is not always possible. Now I have two thumb drives with me and always copy to both drives, especially if it is info from a library where I won't be able to make files to their hard drive.)
