Cynthia, I am guessing you will want to do what Bruce suggested,
copying and pasting the data into (or opening it in) a spreadsheet and
then sorting it by zip code. Look at the zip codes for the state of
California, and hopefully the numbers for northern California will be
higher or lower than the ones for southern California.

Do you need step by step for the spreadsheet work?
