Kay, first, what a great idea!! I love the pics also, brings the people to life! If you have a photo editing program, couldn't you put a purple hearts in the corner of a person's pic? Then add two pics, one of him and one of his purple hearts. You really have me thinking now, girl!

Subject: [LegacyUG] How to visually identify special ancestors ...

I have a cousin who served in the Marines and was
awarded three (3) Purple Hearts in Korea; I also have
his photo. I can't show his Purple Hearts and his photo
as Legacy is now programmed. What to do?

Wouldn't it be nice if in addition to "Title Pre." and
"Title Suf." there was a slot to enter an visual
"icon"? The "icon" could be used to identify ancestors
who in addition to being the Emigrant Ancestor or
military veteran was a clergy, doctor, elected
government official (Pres., Governor, Congressman),
etc. An occupation or award that is a bit out of the
ordinary.

Any thoughts?
