Start with the distant cousin as the principal person. The assumption is that he only wants the data that relates to himself. First, make sure he is correctly linked in your database. Then, make a focus group with his descendants and his ancestors. Send him the resulting extract or reports. Better yet...extract the focus group to a separate Legacy file and then send him a backup of that database along with the free Legacy 6.0 so that he can use it as you do. Maybe he will even add to the database and send it back to you for intellishare merging. Ron Taylor
