Glen, Your thought is correct. Despite Kay's attack on me, I do honor my ancestor's accomplishments. That's exactly why I do genealogy. I just don't need a visual in order to honor them. If Kay feels that she can't honor her ancestors without visuals, that's fine for her. I just would prefer the developers spend resources making the program run correctly. In the meantime, Kay can use stickers on her reports in order to highlight her ancestors accomplishments.
