Hi Dawn,
Yes you can do that.
First you need to use the Search to create a list of all individuals
with a Modified date after your chosen date.
See Search > Find - Detailed Search tab
Then use the Print button in that window.
For more information click the Help button in the window that pops up
when you click Print. It's called List Report Options.
You can export to a csv file and then into a spreadsheet.
