Hi Myrna,

Legacy will not find your photos in your new sub-folders automatically - it certainly won't if you still have a copy in the original folder you used.

It can find them in one folder - if you use the method that Byron suggested. However, I don't think that's a good enough reason to put all your photos in the one folder. When you have lots, it's just too messy.

If the photos are no longer in their original folders, when you use the Test all Multimedia paths button, a dialogue will pop up to say the photo can't be found. There are various options to find the new photo. If more than one photo has been shifted from one folder to the same different folder, you only need to locate one and Legacy finds the others.

Certainly you are providing an object lesson to others on why you need to think out what you're doing before you start linking photos ;-)
