Arnie: Amen! I do the same thing: GEDCOM over to FTM to produce trees. I love Legacy and would never go back to FTM for data input. Whenever someone asks for a recommendation on FTM vs. Legacy, I always vote for Legacy, but must tag on the confession that it won't do trees like FTM. It's a shame to feel compelled to point out a major weakness in what I think is otherwise a great program.
