When you gedcom a Legacy file to FTM to create reports, how do you get
your pictures into FTM? I couldn't find a way to get FTM to import my
media links.

Amen! I do the same thing: GEDCOM over to FTM to produce trees. I love
Legacy and would never go back to FTM for data input. Whenever someone asks
for a recommendation on FTM vs. Legacy, I always vote for Legacy, but must
tag on the confession that it won't do trees like FTM. It's a shame to feel
compelled to point out a major weakness in what I think is otherwise a great
program.

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Constructing Family Trees

I never see an opinion to my wish. In next update Legacy should add TREES
like FTM and MAC's Reunion. What is so hard? I go to FTM to construct my
trees. I use legacy 4.0. I see no reason to update. I bought Charting
Companion.
Did not like it. I would gladly pay more for Legacy if they would include
good
TREES. How about it?
