I'd forgotten that Pocket Genealogist was considered an "add-on", but
I'm aware of the synchronization capabilities. We've been evaluating
iPAQs recently so we can bring our Legacy db with us next month, when
we'll be visiting several old cemeteries.

exception of photos. During update back into Legacy, it actually first
makes a copy of the Legacy database, then makes the updates and if

It's had the ability to update Legacy databases since September of 2004 and

I'm aware that the final release was issued on May 10th. I installed it on
May 11th (after testing the public beta in April) and uninstalled it
yesterday.
My points are:
1. Clooz DOES modify Legacy .fdb files. To my knowledge, this is the only
Legacy "add-on" that does so.
2. Sherry indicated she was unaware of said modification.
What's your point?
