My comments have nothing to do with the "debate" or any issues you have with the licensing (and exactly how one would "win" or "lose" such a discussion is beyond me, but some people don't seem to want for the lack of trying). My comments are intended to address your disruptive behaviour on the wiki, in the database, and elsewhere. But you seem to relish the disruption and are continually "Unconcerned about the adverse consequences for others of one's actions". But instead of apologising, or even acknowledging that you seemingly can't behave cooperatively within the OSM community, you carry on with your destructive behaviour. I find that quite unfortunate.
