Leo 6.7.8.post3 is now available on Leo's pypi page <https://pypi.org/project/leo/>.
This version installs leo.exe, leo-c.exe, and leo-console.exe in the "Python3.x/scripts" folder. These scripts work for me. This release concludes work on Leo 6.7.8. Onward!
