Leo 6.7.8.post3 is now available on Leo's pypi page <https://pypi.org/project/leo/>. This version installs leo.exe, leo-c.exe, and leo-console.exe in the "Python3.x/scripts" folder. These scripts work for me. Leo 6.7.8.post3 is now working as expected in an existing 'venv' w/i a Fedora 38 VM !
