No, I'm seeing differences specific to groff-1.18.1, but actually these
aren't to do with date/time (unlike the 3 regexps I put into 001-6 for

there is more of this for meref.ps, it seems that the actual postscript
calculations are different betweem Saturday and today. I'm not
tremendously concerned about these two files, but I now need to examine
these two files across various builds :-(
