I do not have DEVTMPFS_MOUNT built into my kernel and I have in /proc/mounts: tmpfs /dev tmpfs rw,relatime,mode=755 0 0 This is from the udev bootscript. Of course, I'm still using udev-173 from LFS 7.0.
