If there had been a free market
there would have been more of
everything available.  In today's market
everything is limited and restricted
just like in the more socialist countries.

Unfortunately our government wants to
keep up the incomes of medical personel
by limiting the supply.  Hence there are not
enough and the poor suffer because of
higher prices and shortage of service.

The free market is not perfect it only
provides three things:
the greatest good for the greatest number
at the lowest price.
