They have been determined by the non-performance clause of the
Contract. If Jane does not comply with the terms of the Contract,
Kevin gets Triple Damages, paid if necessary from proceeds of her
processing by the Organ Banks.

This solves the problem of a Jane who signs a Contract, hands the
money to the Trust Officer, and immediately announces that she has no
intention of putting out her end of the bargain. And why should she
go to the trouble of putting out for a while and THEN reneging, if she
is going to renege eventually anyhow, knowing that she cannot be
punished since she is broke. Might as well thumb her nose at the
Victim right away.

Thugs do that all the time too. "Oh, I caused you all this damage,
too bad you can't get me, I am destitute." In a libertarian regime,
we would realize that almost everyone has something of value, even if
it's only some used parts.
