We agreed on that a long time ago. OF COURSE your shithead neighbors DO IN FACT Initiate Force against you for things they don't like, such as carrying a handgun or putting on a live donkey sex show. You are weak compared to them; they are The Vast Majority and will always get their way - whether they do it directly or delegate it to a Justice Agency. Yes, NAP will never protect you from the shitheads. It is nevertheless true that they are Initiating Force against you, and the fact that they are able to do it with impunity does not make them any less shitheady.
