What was the context of this? Since the woman's body is her primary property, the male nurse has committed serious aggression. The next question is who is responsible for guarding against this, and if an aggression has been committed, who is reponsible for pursuing redress. All authority over the woman's body descends from her, so it is up to her "agents" her family, friends and paid agents first. They can hire help if they need it. Society as a whole does not own this woman's body. You and I as by standers are not entitled to opinions. However, I'd be tempted to ask the hypothetical woman's agents (Family, friends, agents) if I could help. If they said yes, then I'd be a direct partisan of the woman. If they asked me to adjudicate then I'd be selling my ability to be as fair and even handed as humanly possible. I'd be cheating them if I didn't give thenm full measure for money paid. -- Jay P Hailey ~Meow!~ MSNIM - jayphailey ; AIM -jayphailey03; ICQ - 37959005 HTTP://jayphailey.8m.com Your Board, Your Wave _______________________________________________ Libnw mailing list Libnw@immosys.com List info and subscriber options: http://immosys.com/mailman/listinfo/libnw Archives: http://immosys.com/mailman//pipermail/libnw
