Actually, unless someone is part of the controversy, they can't be part of
the case.  So, even though the Kelo case may affect me at some point in the
future, the only way I can participate is by donating money to IJ or to some
fund for Kelo's attorneys and expenses.

Or people CAN'T fight back in many countries.

If the offer from the government is close enough to being reasonable to make
it not worth fighting, then that's the prudent course of
action...unfortunately.
