As well as such an engine, I would like to see a tag cloud of listeners at every "music page" like artist, album, song. The when you click on a user, you get to see all songs that that user has listened too (perhaps as a tag cloud of songs.) This would allow discovery by seeing what other's listening to the music you listen to are also listening to.
