I think there's a good change a user can forget to re-enable it, so I
would just enable it back after some amount of time has passed. Maybe
it could just be something like:
 - pushing the button you disable scrobbling for at least one hour
        (just to avoid corner cases)
 - pushing the button again re-enables scrobbling
 - when scrobbling is disabled it gets automatically re-enabled after
   120 minutes pass with no scrobbles
