One of those cassettes with electronics inside instead of tape with the wire 
that plugs into a line-out jack? ..... ACK!!!!!!

If your stereo is a custom after-market add-on, it may have a line-in wire 
hanging from the back end.  You're get MUCH better sound through that.

If the car stereo was part of the car originally, your chances of there 
being a line-input wire are slim.
