I can't speak for 2 libbys but I've pushed files from my L100 to a number of other Toshiba laptops running WinME and it all works ... just make sure the IrDA ports on both computers are activated, point them at one another then click 'Infrared recipient' in 'my computer' of the computer you want to transfer the files FROM, then follow the prompts. When the transfer is initiated, the recieving computer will pop up a prompt asking to accept the files.
