Using Easy CD Creator I have copied audio directly to the m820e from a Toshiba CDROM, and copied data from CD directly to it. This all using the m820e attached to an Adaptec AHA-2940 host adapter in a desktop. The next project will be using the Lib with it. So far, it (m820e) has been very quiet and cooperative. I have not ripped with it though, so will report on that ASAP.
