New patch carries the information from \with-dimensions to Mike's stencil
skylining, without putting any extra boxes in the PostScript. The relevant
regtest is expanded.
My `make test` says it reduces cell counts, but I did not expect that, and
suspect it might be a side effect of some earlier patch.
