Those kind of back-and-forth cell counts mostly evening out without large discrepancies occur whenever a regtest is changed: that changes its hash code, moves it to a different place in the file list, and thus causes a different distribution of the file list to the various parallelized LilyPond jobs which are not totally independent regarding memory usage.

It is a cause for attention when many cell counts go in one direction (up/down) and/or quite significantly on specific or even many tests.

But that one looks normal.
