Make sure "Team membership: linaro-ci-build-test-service" is checked
when you log in.

to get a list of plugins installed:
https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/pluginManager/api/xml?depth=1
https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/pluginManager/api/xml?depth=1&xpath=/*/*/shortName|/*/*/version&wrapper=plugins

off-topic, I'd like to move the jobs configuration to a more friendly format:
http://ci.openstack.org/jenkins-job-builder/configuration.html

hosted on git.linaro.org. It should make the life easier to set up job
and duplicate them as needed.
