It's rather appalling to me that someone would leave bags of poop anywhere, especially along someone's driveway. I understand the annoyance factor of carrying the bags on a long walk, but perhaps they could come equipped with a fanny pack or something similar to carry it in conveniently? Or do a short loop for the dog to do its thing before setting out on a longer trail walk? Many dog owners seem to have found a way to manage this. Leslie
