Andy,
You raise another good point a story why we should remain cautious regarding 
consideration of bumps, humps and tables.
Even the low profile of a “table” requires a truck to downshift and then up 
shift.

And, as noted in one of Margaret’s links, all require adequate sightline and 
lighting.
