Ken, If you think that is bad, wait until the first developer fires up a compile. The CPU (assuming only one is made available) will be pegged. Compiling is very CPU intensive. This is why a number of people have suggested looking at doing cross-compiles on Intel, or on a less-expensive Flex-ES or Hercules system. If you're planning on doing a _lot_ of compiles, this might be something worthwhile for you.
