You can find out for sure by turning MDC off for one, some or all of your
guests.

Has anyone implemented IBM's General Parallel File System (GPFS) on
Linux guests running under VM? We're looking for a way to keep Web
content synced between multiple Web servers. We've tried sharing a
common volume, but due to Mini-Disk Caching (just a guess), changes are
not seen by the guests until they are re-IPLed.

What about the Lustre File System? GFS*? Others I don't know about?

Thanks.

* Since Red Hat purchased Sistina, I can't find any information on GFS
for SLES 8.
