Which? UTC is not USA/Eastern. UTC is GMT. The h/w clock should be set to UTC/GMT+0. Use timezones in the operating systems to get the correct local time. Not doing this causes many apps (e.g. e-mail) to send the wrong timestamps as they try to convert from local time to GMT and vice versa.
