I don't see that message on my SLES10 SP1 installs. Not sure why you're getting it. Leave it at the default. It's what everyone tests with, so it's what is known to work. Over and above that, what is the amount of virtual storage defined for the guest? That shouldn't be happening, and should be resolved.
