The simpliest way is to get HLASM for z/Linux. Or Systems/ASM from Dignus http://dignus.com/dasm/ . Or Tachyon z/Assembler from Tachyon http://www.tachyonsoft.com/txaover.html . Or do you mean using the "freebie" assembler that comes with Linux? <shudder> I wouldn't even try.
