I get the same thing using my Novell credentials. I'm guessing they changed the access controls for later service packs. Instead of clicking on directories, try entering https://nu.novell.com/repo/$RCE/SLES10-SP3-Updates/sles-10-s390x/repodata/repomd.xml into your browser. If you can access that directly, then your mirroring credentials are fine.
