Since we don't suffer from the limitations of x86 machines, we don't have
a "bzImage"-type kernel.

BTW, bzImage is not a kernel compressed with bzip2.

The reason x86 has bzImage and zImage kernels is that the DOS memory is
limited, and they have to play all sorts of games to get the kernel
running.
