i wud really luv to se m$ releasing a MSLinux kinda thing... that way we cud
end up with better linux development and more choice. m$ inspite of its bad
trade practices does a lot to make computing easier for us and the linux
community cud definately benefit from the research that has gone into m$
products... also i don't think that it wud be easy for m$ to recapture the
os market by just releasing m$ linux... it wud take a lot more than that..
they just can't do with linux what they did with windows.. with windows they
cud just add code and not tell anyone abt it... under linux they can't do
this ... GPL ensures this...
and the wise old man speaks...
well in a way ure rite.. and in a way ure rong... what makes u think that M$linux wud
be gpl??? M4 has been known 2 f*** us in the past... who nos... they mite do it
again!!!
and btw... M4 is not only known 4 bad trade practises... but bad s/w too.
