Actually 2.3.10 even works fine on RH 5.2 (2.0.36), The only issues are
that I got the module warnings for char-major-108 and for needing to add:
alias ppp-compress-24 ppp_deflate
alias ppp-compress-26 ppp_deflate
to /etc/conf.modules, the only other issue is that I had to add "noauth"
to the ppp configuration.
Even with the remaining complaint (every time it runs) about char-major-108
it still seems to work fine.
