Yes, this should give you network "browsing" via Network Neighborhood,
etc. Though my experience says that MS peer-to-peer over TCP/IP can be
flakey (probably a result of MS impementation of a flakey IP stack).
And yes, you would -still- get those anoying packets. Especially if it's
part of the (Network Neighborhood) browser election process since that's
part of fulfilling the first requirement of having "full MS networking."
