I already tried to start such a forum, but when I tried to tell the
list about it, I was flamed by almost everybody. In my humble
opinion, there is no need for a Linux mailing list specific to
Israel, unless you use Hebrew. Otherwise, most of the things (such
as technical questions and answers), can be done also by subscribing
to an international Linux mailing list. Of course, the e-mail can't
be used for this, because anybody has his own standard for Hebrew.
But a Hebrew web-forum for Hebrew is ideal, especially for newbies.

So nobody co-operated with me, and if you don't believe, go to the
forum and see yourself that it is dead:

There are many other Hebrew web forums for Linux, and their status is
not much better than mine. Some examples:

  http://www.sivan.co.il/wforums/ts.exe?tsurl=0.196.0.0.0&tsstmplt=sindex
  http://www2.iol.co.il/communikit/scripts/forums/live/forums_all_25.asp?forum_id=1289
  http://forums.nana.co.il/forum.asp?id=16

(the latter should be about operating systems in general, but
actually most of the threads are about Linux).
