Oh I forgot to mention, the other deciding factor was their "recovery" system... it sounds like if your box dies they can do a network boot for you on your system with their recovery installation... so you'll get to do repartitioning, repair broken file systems, install other linux distributions, etc. I thought that was pretty neat seeing as I don't intend to ever fly to the US if things break down.
